Where we deliver

Great Britain only — England, Scotland and Wales.

We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses, or anywhere outside the United Kingdom. This is because of how tobacco excise and VAT work in those territories, not a matter of preference. If you place an order for an address we do not serve, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

Who carries it

DHL, on a service that requires an adult signature.

Age check on delivery

An adult aged 18 or over must be present to sign for the parcel, and may be asked for photographic identification. The driver will not leave the parcel with a neighbour, in a safe place, or with anyone who cannot show they are old enough.

From 1 January 2027 the age of sale changes under the Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026, and tobacco cannot be sold to anyone born on or after 1 January 2009.

If nobody eligible is there to receive it, DHL will attempt redelivery. If it still cannot be delivered, the parcel comes back to us and we refund your order in full.

Cost

Delivery is £9.95, by DHL express. Orders over £350 are delivered free. The cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long it takes

Two working days from dispatch. You will get an email with tracking when your order leaves us.

These are estimates, not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, strikes or anything else outside our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days and the delay is our fault, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Cigars in transit

Cigars are a natural product and extremes of heat or cold can affect them. We pack them to protect against that. Once a parcel has been delivered, keeping the cigars in the right conditions is up to you.
