Return and refund policy

If your order is faulty or damaged

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality.

If your order arrives damaged, or the cigars are faulty, email t@badfaithcigars.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will replace the order or refund you in full, including what you paid for delivery.

This applies whether or not the bundle has been opened. Nothing below limits it.

If you change your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have 14 days from the day after delivery to cancel. Tell us at t@badfaithcigars.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

To get a full refund, return the bundle unopened, with the seal unbroken and the packaging intact.

Where goods come back having been handled more than was necessary to inspect them, the law allows us to reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value that handling caused. Once the seal on a bundle is broken we cannot verify how the cigars have been kept, and we cannot sell them to anyone else. Their value to us at that point is nil, so no refund will be due on an opened bundle.

Send it back sealed and you get the full amount back.

Return postage

You pay the cost of returning the goods, unless they are faulty or we sent you the wrong thing, in which case we cover it.

Return the goods in packaging that protects them. We recommend a tracked service — until they reach us they are your responsibility.

Getting your money back

Refunds go to the card or account you paid with, within 14 days of the goods reaching us, or within 14 days of you telling us you are cancelling if that is sooner and you have proof of postage.

Orders we cancel

If age verification fails on delivery, or we cannot deliver to your address, or we cancel your order for any other reason before dispatch, you get a full refund and owe us nothing.

Return address

Ask us at t@badfaithcigars.com before sending anything back and we will give you the address to use. Please do not send goods back without telling us first.
